I am a Northern Irish artist and visual psychologist based in Scotland, Edinburgh. I work in a variety of medium, including line-drawing, painting, digital and also interdisciplinary work.

Both Gillespie and Xirreau are interests corresponding to different interests in my work. The former concerns identity,  memory, home and political life, the latter concerns gesture, abstraction, narrative and pure form.

As a researcher in Visual Psychology I am fascinated by the conversation of visual detail, physical movement, conception and autobiographical attention. In my art, this plays out in my investigations in how these interact for the artist or audience in the visual arts.
